Care Connect and the Mobile Outreach Clinic team will be providing FREE flu vaccines to anyone who pre-registers now until January 28th. The free clinic will be held at 100 Whetstone Place, Suite 303 from 9:30 am - 2:00 pm. Anyone wishing to receive their flu vaccine should fill out the pre-registration and have a valid photo ID upon arrival.
